Behind the Experience
Founded in 2021 and based in Las Vegas, S&G Private Events is led by Executive Chefs and partners Seth Moliterno and Gant Nickey. Together, they bring over 50 years of combined experience at the highest levels of hospitality, having worked under world-renowned chefs such as Thomas Keller and Michael Mina.
Their backgrounds include leadership roles as Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine at some of the industry’s most acclaimed establishments. With this foundation, S&G was created to deliver elevated private dining and curated events with the same level of excellence expected in top-tier restaurants.
